What tpe of floor paint is best for a garage floor? Standard or Epoxy?

Epoxy is twice the price, will standard floor paint do the same job? I will be parking my car in the garage every day.What tpe of floor paint is best for a garage floor? Standard or Epoxy?

Paint rollers with water-resistant and solvent-resistant covers


Nylon paintbrushes


Bleach or driveway cleaner


Concrete etcher (if needed)


Concrete/mortar-repair compound or concrete patch


Stiff-bristle brushes


Pressure washer (optional)


Goggles or other eye protection


Protective rubber gloves

so what if it is twice the price epoxy is a great flooring product you can use go for it dude you have nothing to lose! expoxy lasts really long and is great is something spills on it you can clean it up easily and everythings pretty much easy to clean offa expoxy floor dont go with standard it wont look as goos trust me!
The best floor paint i have found at a resonable price is from thefloorpaint.co.uk





Its 拢40 +VAT (拢47) for a 20Litre Tin. From what i have seen most places charge that for 5 Litres.





This paint is good stuff and did the job for me. Drop them a email or ring them.





Just my advice.
No, standard paint won't be the same. In fact, it won't take long for y our car to damage the standard paint.





Have you considered floor panels? They are quite interesting and they cost less than epoxy.
