If it was a latex pain... Obtain a scrapper containing a razor blade (local hardware), scrape the glass. For paint on the floor, you can use the razor blade as long as you keep it as flat as you can against the wood floor, Or try taking a rag with very warm water and place the wet rag over the paint, let set for a few minutes then rub/scrub paint off. If all else fails there is a product called ';Goof-Off'; that works very well, becarefull using this on your wood floor. Good Luck. I am a painting contractor and we use denatured alcohol,it will get the paint off the floor and windows with no problems and will not harm the finish on the floor. you can get it at any paint or hardware store.
industral handwipes.. look just like baby wipes and will take of the paint no probs
