I am not sure what would happen if you painted a cement floor, but I wouldn't recommend it. I would stain it!! You can get lots of different color stains, such as orange, and I think it may come in green too.

NO. There is paint specifically made for concrete floors. Go to any paint store/dept and ask. Some will even seal the floor from moisture intrusion.
