scrap with wallpaper stripper, then wash with warm water and washing up liquid. if it still has not come off then sand paper.
Go to Home depot and ask them about that.
blunt window scraper or one without blade use like it has one(if you know what i mean!?)
blunt scraper but next time you paint please cover everything with decent quality dust sheets always keep a damp cloth handy and wash down before it drys in
Use a Brillo soap pad. They don't scratch the wood. just a light circular movement will get it off. Next time use a dust sheet. don't forget to wet the soapad first.
Just warm water and a NYLON scourer.
scraper. then polish.
Sandpaper.
turpentine
paint remover.
Paint dried on in splashes onto a smooth or semi-smooth surface can be removed without any chemicals, you simply need to carefully lift the spots using a new, clean Stanley blade. It is painstaking, but you can do it. Also use this method to remove splashes from glass.
iv always just used warm water soft cloth and a good scrub
use only soapy water and course cloth elbow grease required emulsion is water based if you scrape a wooden floor you will need to sand it all and reseal
Try hot soapy water and a scorer. Go gentle though.

DO NOT USE PAINT STRIPPER AD THE IDIOT SUGGESTED
Use a nylon scourer sponge and some mild detergent, this should remove all the specks, any larger blobs can be scraped at gently with a finger nail.
