Can you scrape it off? )O(
Buys a product called OOPS! drop a little o nthe spot soak for a minute and wipe away. Won't hurt anything but the paint drip. Later dudette.
you may use paint thinner. u buy this from hardware stores or paint supplies stores. get dry clothe, wet it with the paint thinner and rub it to your paint stains. that will remove the stains.
Get some ';Goo Gone'; or ';Goof Off'; works like charm. Doesn't smell real good, but it works real good. At Home Depot/Lowe's
It depends how long the paint has been on there and what kind of paint it is.

If it is water based (acrylic or latex) try using hot soapy water.

With oil based paint you may be able to scrape it off without damaging the floor. I would try it with my fingernail first or use a bread knife.

Another thing to try would be paint thinner but I am not sure if it will damage the floor or not so try it on a small spot first.
I have used Billy T's method (above) before and had very good success with it.
wd40 works a treat. put it on the paint blots, leave for a minute then really gently scrape off. make sure you remove all traces of the wd40 off the floor though otherwise it will be very slippy.
Goof off works real well for removing paint, also try nail polish remover.
I moved into a house that had paint on the floor, and I used a Mr. Clean Magic Eraser, worked like a charm!
After the paint dries then you will be able to peel it off or scrape it up with something like your fingernail.Paint thinners and other chemicals will leave a dull finish on your floor
