sure you can, but it's more of a dye then paint. check with your home center (home depot, lowes etc).

Yes it is possible. You would have to clean it first. A cement stain would be your best option because regular paint will likely peel. Once you have done that, you would have to seal it with a grout sealer.
Got to your local mega-sized home center, they will be able to offer you several options in grout paints or dyes, or colored grouts.
