You need to buy or rent a large floor sander or buy some kind of appropriate paint stripper.How do I get paint off of wood floor after removing carpeting?
The 2 best ways would either to use a belt sander, or buy some paint stripper. Just check and make sure it's okay to use on your particular type of wood flooring on the label.........once it bubbles up, simply scrap it off with a putty knife.
