It's old paint. I have a bad back so I can't get down and scrub too much. Goo Gone didn't help. Can I put something on it to soak it loose? It is waterbased paint - nothing oilbased. Thanks.How can I remove smears and drips of enamel paint from a vinyl floor?
soak a sponge in amonia then set sponge on paint to be removed . it will bubble it up then just scrape off
