I am considering using an epoxy paint to recoat a showerstall floor. I would appreciate any feedback on best practices or good brands of epoxy paint to purchase.

I would highly recomend a water based epoxy that is water tolerent. You actually might want to check out your local marina for a water based deck paint for boats. You gotta look for the correct paint then....to go on plastic....so it needs some flexibility otherwise it will just flake off. The best brand is the most expensive stuff as here is the case';you get what you paid for'; holds true.
